We manage these networks as an integrated marketplace connecting government buyers, venture-backed startups and established commercial sellers of advanced technology through multiple, overarching, long-term Other Transaction Agreements. Through these agreements, CMG and our consortium members are able to deliver solutions to national security challenges at speed and scale.

C5 serves as your source for innovations in communications, cybersecurity, software, AI, enterprise networks, ISR, space systems, data analytics and autonomy. Through the use of the two separate OTAs with C5, the DoD is able to find, collaborate and contract with nearly 1,600 members with the expertise and agility to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions at speed and scale.

Through the use of its OTA with NASC, the Navy is able to rapidly find, collaborate and contract with more than 1,000 members with the expertise and agility required to solve your urgent aviation and space-related needs.

Through the use of the two separate OTAs with CEED, the Government is able to find, collaborate and contract with more than 800 members with the expertise and agility required to drive technology development, lower costs and fast-track project delivery.
